Pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by NonnoBlue Maritime and Tourism Inc. (Göcek Marina, 48310 Fethiye / Muğla), acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

The following data is processed in connection with your use of our services:

• Identity information: First name, last name, national ID number
• Contact information: Email address, phone number, address
• Reservation information: Vessel, dates, number of guests, route
• Payment information: Last 4 digits of card, billing address (full card details are not stored by us)
• Technical data: IP address, browser information, cookies

• Creating, managing, and confirming reservations
• Processing payments
• Customer service and support
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Marketing and promotional activities (with explicit consent)

Your personal data may be shared with payment service providers (iyzico), email infrastructure providers, legal authorities and business partners within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is collected through our website, mobile application, email and telephone channels. Legal bases for processing: performance of contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information about processing if it has occurred
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
